It's tough to cope with the stress at work. While there's no one-size-fits-all solution to preventing and managing stress in the workplace, this workshop gives attendees he tools they need to overcome common workplace obstacles related to stress. This workshop will give participants a three-option method for addressing any stressful situation, as well as a toolbox of personal skills, including using routines, relaxation techniques, and a stress log system. They will also understand what lifestyle elements they can change to reduce stress with strategies you can immediately implement to identify and work through work-related stress
